Qualified leads are made when potential customers reach out to companies through search forms or contact us forms or other methods of communication to request further information on a product or service. The information relating to the potential customer is passed on to a qualified representative of the business who is best placed to ensure a conversion takes place with the qualified lead. There are low churn rates with qualified leads and it is possible to categorize the sale preemptively due to the query.
